Drilling into reinforced concrete is no easy task, no matter how you approach it. But if you try drilling through reinforced concrete with an ordinary diamond core bit, you’ll undoubtedly get a lot more frustrated than you should. It will take a lot longer to penetrate reinforced concrete with a Diamond core bit, because it’s just not designed to go through rebar or any other reinforcing material.
